Refund Policy

Best Kept Secret is a trading brand operated by Corvantil Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. All subscription billing and payment processing is handled by Corvantil Limited through our authorised payment processor.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Best Kept Secret subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to your subscription content until that date.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription from your account settings, or contact us via our Contact Us page.
Free trials
Some subscription plans include a free trial period. During your free trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged at the standard rate.
Refund requests
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Exceptional circumstances
Regardless of our standard refund policy, we will always consider refunds in the following situations:
- You were charged due to a technical error on our platform.
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription.
- Duplicate charges were made to your account.
In these cases, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page and we will resolve the issue promptly.
